Tally ERP 9 comes with new updates as per industry requirements. Most of you would not have idea about updating your Tally ERP Software with a new release, and might doubt that how would we be notified about the New Release from Tally Solutions. You don't need to contact your Administrator or Tally Service Provider for this. You get this notification from your Tally ERP 9 Interface itself if you have Net Connection to your computer. When you open Tally ERP 9 in the bottom of the software you can find the Information Panel in that you can see Version where it provides information about your Current Version and Latest Available Versions as well.
If there is an update from Tally ERP 9 and is required for your Accounting requirements then get first of all you need to Backup the Date from Tally ERP 9, We recommend it is mandatory as per your data concern. Then Download Tally Software from this Link. Download the full Installer from Tally Download Center.

After that get back to your desktop or other location in your computer where you have downloaded the Tally Latest Release. Again install the Tally Software with Latest Version of Tally ERP 9 which you downloaded from Tally Solutions. And launch the application and reactivate your Tally License to make it licensed version. The same you can point out in the Version suction in Information Panel.
